Refund Policy & Cancellation Policy

Returns:

• We accept returns withing 7 days of delivery for eligible items. 

Eligibility:

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
• Must be in its original condition and packaging, including the tags.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Exchanges:

• For a change of size exchange is available, however it is subject to stock availability.
• If the addressed item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

Damaged or incorrect items:

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please get in touch within 48 hrs of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Make sure the tags and packaging are intact.

Refunds:

• Once we receive the returned item and is inspected by us, refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 5 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable if the issue is not from our side.

Cancellation:

• We allow order cancellations if you change your mind. Please inform us immediately via WhatsApp (+91 9619696715) or email at lazybonelifestyle@gmail.com. Kindly note that once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. 

NOTE: We are available from MONDAY TO SATURDAY between 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST). We will look into the issue and respond to you within 48 working hours.
